Biona pasta is made in a traditional Pastificio in the Dolomite mountains of Northern Italy. Our ingredients are simple - only the best quality organic Durum Wheat and Alpine water.
Cooking instructions: Place pasta in a large pan of boiling water (lt for 100g pasta). Add salt to taste, simmer and stir from time to time (For cooking times see back of pack). Strain and serve with Biona organic pasta sauces. Buon Appetito!
