Cover in plenty of hot water. Soak for 10 mins before draining. Add to salads, sandwiches or pizzas. Or rinse and add directly into fish pies, soups, stews, omelettes or rice dishes.
Dress up with a squeeze of lemon juice, a dash of olive oil, garlic, paprika, chilli and black pepper.
It’s also packed with iron just like steak so it’s wildly good for you too.
