Hob - From Ambient. Take one part quinoa grain, rinse well and cook with two parts of water. Bring to the boil and simmer for approx. 10 minutes with lid on. Remove from heat and leave covered until all liquid is absorbed. Serve with savoury dishes or as a salad.
